Podcast Host And Creator

I started Fast Company’s podcasting business in 2018 with the launch of two shows. It is now a full business line for two publications (Inc and Fast Company), employing dozens of people and producing more than 5 shows for each title. I also served as supervising editor of podcasts and audio for five years.

I created, hosted, scripted and booked guests for The New Way We Work podcast for 12 seasons over 7 years. In that time we published over 270 episodes (11,000 downloads per episode at peak, top 1% of podcasts)

The New Way We Work explored the changing landscape of work life and the future of work. Among the topics I covered: How AI is changing work, the rise of organized labor across industries, the changes and nuances of DEI,  gender inequality, education, childcare, the 4-day work week, workplace trends, career advice, and much more. (I also wrote articles to accompany each episode)
